There are several different types of low sloped and flat roofing available depending on your specific application.
BUR - Built Up Roof
BUR roofing is commonly called tar and gravel because it consists of layers of tar that are generally coated with gravel to preserve the asphalt. Although this type of roofing has been used for years, it has become a less popular solution -- mostly due to new and improved technology in materials and installation. Roof Solutions performs expert inspections and repairs on all BUR roofs. (We do not install new BUR roofs.)

TPO / PVC
TPO and PVC roofs are lightweight, single ply, white membrane roofs in which the seams are heat welded, glued or self-adhered. This type of membrane roof is energy efficient and heat reflective. TPO is also highly resistant to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure making it a good choice for commercial buildings. We are factory trained and certified in both Firestone and Genflex.
